Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory work at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will handle personal and business tax scenarios, engage with local communities, and coordinate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end client experiences. This role emphasizes local market growth, relationship building, and leveraging Intuit resources to expand the client base while providing ongoing year-round

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements.
