Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You’ll work on-site, serving in-person customers, providing full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice and product support.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Have a valid PTIN for filing taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with software.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong tax advisory skills.

• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plans.
• Use gov sites, tools, and team guidance for accurate tax solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust in the community.
