Job summary

Team LINX LLP is seeking a Travel Coordinator based in Denver to support field crews by booking and managing domestic travel for out-of-state commercial network cabling projects. The role requires coordinating flights, hotels, and rental cars, and handling rebookings when plans change.

You will work with SAP Concur for expense reporting and traveler documentation, ensuring timely arrival at job sites across the country. The position is onsite with competitive benefits in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage high-volume domestic travel (flights, hotels, rental cars) for field crews and projects.
• Own rebooking when flights are canceled or schedules shift, ensuring crews land on site on time.
• Fix lodging problems in real time and handle changes for extended stays.
• Process traveler paperwork from start to finish: itineraries, per diem, expense reports in SAP Concur.
