Job summary

LINX seeks a Structured Cabling/Low Voltage Lead Technician for travel-based on-site work across nationwide sites. The role reports to the Project Foreman and Project Manager and drives daily tasks, crews, and project goals.

Responsibilities include supervising 5+ technicians, planning manpower, maintaining safety and quality, and ensuring project milestones are met. Strong communication and blueprint-reading skills are essential; travel and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 5+ technicians on-site.
• Willingness to travel 100% to multiple sites nationwide.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage project planning.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass 7-year background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects and direct work of technicians.
• Plan site manpower needs and manage material/labor through completion.
• Set crew objectives and report progress to management.
• Ensure HR, safety and company policies are followed.
• Maintain quality and profitability standards and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee account coordination and direct customer interaction.
