Job summary

LINX Network Cabling is seeking a Structured Cabling/Low Voltage Lead Technician who will oversee onsite projects across commercial builds. The position requires supervising crews, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring project goals are met while traveling to multiple project sites nationwide.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reading blueprints, and hands-on electrical/low-voltage work. Travel is 100% full-time with expenses covered by the company.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Experience leading crews on commercial construction projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects and direct the work of 5+ technicians.
• Plan manpower and manage materials through completion.
• Set crew objectives and report progress to management.
• Ensure safety, HR compliance and project deadlines.
• Maintain quality and profitability standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers and resolve issues.
• Prepare status reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead projects, delegate tasks, and supervise teams.
