Job summary

LINX is hiring a Safety Coordinator to maintain a daily on-site safety presence across active hyperscale data center construction projects nationwide, with 100% travel. All travel expenses are covered and per diem is provided.

As the safety authority on the ground, you will write Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA), conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, and train crews to uphold LINX safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction
• OSHA 30 certification
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related certifications (STSC, CHST, CSP)
• Ability to write JHA and PTSA
• Proven on-site safety and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Write Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Pre-Task Safety Analyses (PTSA) for active work scopes
• Run daily on-site safety inspections and investigate incidents
• Train crews on safety standards and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with Project Managers and crews to integrate safety into daily operations
