Beacon Mobility is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to communicate route information to drivers and ensure they have the resources for their tours. This role is onsite Monday–Friday, with pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour based on experience.

• One year of transportation experience.
• High School diploma.
• Strong organization, leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office systems.
• Knowledge of DOT and Safety regulations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles or equipment to locations per schedules and requests.
• Relay work orders and messages to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use phones, radios or texts to contact employees.
• Help employees complete daily tasks and stay organized.
• Maintain open communication within the team for transparency.
• Support managers, dispatchers, drivers and other staff.
• Train employees on new programs as needed.
• Resolve problems or service/equipment requests with supervisors or customers.
• Prepare daily schedules and work orders for crews.
• Facilitate communications within assigned territories.
• Keep records of work requests, invoices, inventory and related data.
• Attend meetings and company events as required.
