Beacon Mobility is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Dispatcher) to manage driver schedules and ensure resources for tours of duty. On-site schedule Monday through Friday.

The position requires logging calls, resolving issues, and coordinating with multiple departments to keep routes organized and efficient. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in transportation, a high school diploma, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of transportation experience.
• High School diploma.
• Strong organization, leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of DOT and safety regulations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles or equipment according to schedules or immediate needs.
• Relay information such as work orders to and from drivers.
• Use phones, radios, or text messages to contact employees.
• Assist employees in completing their daily tasks.
• Maintain open communication with team members for transparency.
