Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) is a Riverside-based manufacturing leader with over 50 years of excellence in designing and producing heavy‑duty buses, shuttles, and cargo vehicles for customers across the United States.

The Engineering Project Manager role requires leading cross‑functional teams from concept to launch, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensuring FMVSS compliance and quality in an onsite Riverside environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 4 years of experience as Product Manager or Project Manager in vehicle manufacturing, with proven ability to launch new vehicle products on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house, best-practice, cross-functional project management processes with gates and milestones.
• Oversee project life cycle from planning to delivery for commercial vehicle design projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics with key stakeholders.
