Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. (ENC) in Riverside, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Service, Technical and Corporate departments. This onsite role requires strong sourcing capabilities and collaboration with hiring managers to meet production timelines.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• 4-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EV/auto/heavy equipment.
• Experience recruiting for onsite or plant-based roles with multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across Engineering, Service, Technical and Corporate departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand production schedules and engineering milestones to align recruiting urgency with deliverables.
• Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, plant-based roles where local supply may be limited.
• Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, guide candidates through the process.
