Job summary

ENC - ElDorado National California Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager in Riverside, CA to lead the development of innovative commercial vehicle projects from concept to launch. The role requires strong technical acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of automotive design processes.

You will oversee planning, tracking and execution, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality goals while maintaining compliance with industry standards and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• Four years of experience as Product/Project Manager in vehicle manufacturing.
• Experience launching new vehicle products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house project management processes with gates and milestones.
• Oversee full lifecycle of commercial vehicle design projects from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
