Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver and support workforce training programs. You will conduct new hire orientation, safety and operations training, and assist with content development and ongoing workforce readiness initiatives.

The role requires hands-on facilitation, strong communication, and coordination with HR, Safety, and Operations to ensure compliant and effective training across departments. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering classroom and hands-on training in manufacturing.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and create a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
