Job summary

Global Power Components seeks an Electrical Assembly Technical Trainer to develop entry-level employees through classroom instruction and hands-on shop-floor training. The role emphasizes safety, wiring fundamentals, and effective teaching.

The trainer will collaborate with HR and Production to assess progress and facilitate trainee transitions from the Academy to the production floor, requiring a strong electrical background and mentoring ability.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly or related electrical field.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience training or teaching employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train entry-level Academy students on electrical assembly fundamentals and safety.
• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction in electrical concepts and blueprint reading.
• Coordinate trainer/trainee interactions and monitor progress.
