The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering and supporting workforce training programs that help employees develop the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to be successful at Global Power Components. This role conducts new hire orientation, safety-related training, operational training, and other workforce development programs as business needs evolve. Working closely with HR, Safety, Operations, and department leaders, the Training Coordinator serves as a hands‑on facilitator who helps ensure employees are trained, qualified, and prepared to perform their work safely and effectively. This position plays a key role in supporting workforce readiness, employee development, operational excellence, and a positive onboarding experience.
