Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire orientation programs.
• Provide classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training across topics.
• Conduct safety, compliance, operational, and workforce development training.
• Lead equipment-related training and qualification programs as applicable.
• Support development of training content, presentations, job aids, and instructional materials.
• Adapt training methods to diverse learning styles.
• Promote employee engagement during training sessions.
• Maintain training records, attendance logs, and certifications.
• Track training completion and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and recordkeeping for training programs.
