Job summary

Health & Safety Council is seeking a Customer Assistant to proctor eLearning labs and assist Safety Instructors on-site or off-site. You will manage trainee registration, check-in/out, and badge issuance, while maintaining professional labs and supporting course delivery.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service and communication skills, enjoy public interaction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Travel to different locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service and strong written/spoken communication required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
• Knowledge of TWIC credentialing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proctor eLearning labs and support instructors on-site or off-site.
• Register, check-in/out, and issue trainee badges.
• Verify identifications and greet pre-registered trainees; process registrations/payments if needed.
• Maintain labs, monitor exams, and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist customers and collaborate with service teams as needed.
