Job summary

Health and Safety Council® is seeking a Customer Assistant to support proctoring of eLearning labs and assist Safety Instructors with on-site and off-site training. You will register trainees, verify IDs, and help ensure smooth course delivery.

The role includes greeting pre-registered attendees, guiding them through course processes, and printing badges while maintaining a secure and organized learning environment. Travel to different locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Proctor daily eLearning labs and assist Safety Instructors in on-site or off-site training.
• Check in trainees and verify identification where necessary.
• Escort trainees to assigned computer, explain courses, launch courses, monitor progress and provide technical assistance.
• Understand testing procedures and adhere to quality and security measures.
• Greet pre-registered trainees, verify credentials and process registrations.
• Process registrations and, if needed, trainee payments; print and issue badges.
• Maintain professional, clean eLearning labs and manage lab supplies.
