You will proctor exams, troubleshoot login and testing issues, and rotate between badging and training lab duties to ensure smooth operations for contractors and employees.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in administrative, customer service, or access control.
• Experience in testing or training center environments preferred.
• Must pass all required background and site security checks.

Aufgaben

• Issue, activate, and deactivate badges per procedures.
• Verify documents and approvals prior to badge issuance.
• Maintain data in access control systems and SharePoint.
• Assign access levels based on workflows.
• Replace lost or defective badges.
• Issue hangtags and vehicle permits; verify forms.
• Enter permit data into SharePoint and keep documentation.
• Create and manage cardholder profiles in accountability software.
• Provide proctoring in the training lab and assist trainees.
• Support testing environment and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver courteous customer service to contractors and employees.
• Coordinate with security personnel to resolve access-related issues.
