Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. is hiring an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and processes.

You will monitor trainee performance, provide coaching, and guide new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation. The role requires hands-on delivery, strong presentation and classroom management skills, and the ability to collaborate with Operations and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25-30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessment results to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.
• Support nesting and transition into live operations.
• Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance documentation using Excel.
