Job summary

Conduent is hiring an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for groups of 25–30 new call center employees on products, systems, and operations. You will monitor trainee performance, provide coaching, and guide new hires through nesting to ensure successful graduation.

The role requires at least 1 year of training or facilitation experience, proficiency with Excel, and strong presentation and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25–30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor attendance and performance to ensure training objectives are met.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.
