Job summary

Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for groups of 25-30 new call center employees, teaching products, systems, client tools, and operational processes.

You will monitor trainee performance and attendance, provide coaching, and support new hires through training and nesting to ensure successful graduation. This role requires 1 year of training or facilitation experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong

Qualifications

• Must have training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to train and engage large groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25–30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor trainee attendance, performance and assessment results to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success.
• Support nesting and transition into live operations.
• Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance documentation using Excel.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Analyze training results and feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and leadership to align with client requirements.
• Support floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards; facilitate online courses when required.
