Job summary

Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for 25–30 new call center employees. You will monitor performance, coach learners, and support nesting to graduation, ensuring readiness for production.

The role requires managing training records, updating materials, and coordinating with Operations to meet client goals. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential; a background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25-30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessments to meet training objectives.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success and readiness for production.
• Support nesting and transition into live operations.
• Maintain training records, performance reports, and attendance with Excel and other tools.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Analyze training results and feedback to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and leadership to align with client requirements.
• Support floor operations, escalations, and knowledge reinforcement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and performance standards; facilitate online courses when needed.
