Job summary

Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. is seeking an onsite Trainer IV in Latham, NY to lead classroom training for 25–30 new call center employees, covering products, systems, client tools and processes.

You will monitor performance and attendance, coaching trainees through nesting to graduation and ensuring readiness for production. Responsibilities include delivering instructor‑led sessions, maintaining records in Excel, updating materials, and collaborating with Operations to meet client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of training, classroom instruction, or facilitation experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to train large groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for groups of 25–30 new hires on systems, products, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and assessment results.
• Provide coaching and development support to improve learner success.
• Support nesting and transition into live operations.
• Maintain training records and attendance documentation using Excel and other tools.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Analyze training results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and leadership to align with client requirements.
• Support floor operations and knowledge reinforcement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and performance standards during training.
