Job summary

Talent Logic Inc. is seeking a motivated Trainee Staffing Account Executive to join our on-site team in Houston, TX. The role supports senior account executives with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse client roles.

You will learn to manage client accounts, understand hiring needs, update applicant tracking systems, and maintain accurate candidate and job records. Over time, you’ll contribute to prospecting, presenting staffing solutions, and growing account

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client and candidate relationships.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple requisitions.
• Interest in recruitment or HR with willingness to learn sourcing and screening.
• Proficiency with basic office software; CRM/ATS experience is a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience and comfort with phone outreach.
• On-site work in Kingwood, TX; professional work ethic required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business/HR/Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen for client roles.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and clients.
• Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Communicate with candidates and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in understanding client hiring needs and traffic of requisitions.
• Support senior account executives and learn portions of the sales cycle.
