Role Description This full-time Trainee Staffing Account Executive role is an on-site position based in Houston, TX. The Trainee will support senior account executives with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews for a variety of client roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include learning to manage client accounts, assisting in understanding client hiring needs, updating applicant tracking systems, and maintaining accurate candidate and job records. The Trainee will communicate with candidates and clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure timely follow-up and strong relationship building. Over time, the Trainee will be trained to handle portions of the sales cycle, including prospecting, presenting staffing solutions, and contributing to overall account growth.

• Sales or customer service aptitude, including comfort with phone outreach, follow-up, and supporting negotiations under guidance.
• Ability to work on-site in Kingwood, TX, in a collaborative environment, demonstrating reliability and a professional work ethic.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
