Job summary

Octane Lending is seeking a Title Specialist I in Irving, TX to support title management by following up on lien perfection, researching title issues, and assisting customers with title questions while backing up related processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication with dealers and internal staff. A high school diploma and at least two years in title management or auto finance are required. You will create job aids and ensure secure data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of title management experience.
• Experience in auto finance or installment loans with focus in title management.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow up to complete perfected title status and research title issues.
• Maintain regular follow-up with dealerships for lien perfection documents.
• Build strong relationships with internal sales teams and dealer networks.
• Review and remediate title issues and exceptions.
• Communicate title-related information to customers and stakeholders.
• Create 2 or more job aids for team processes.
