Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Working knowledge of PC software packages and operating systems.
• Working knowledge of PC hardware components.
• Relevant hardware or software certification preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, maintain and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, tablets, thin clients, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, network communication issues and connectivity problems through resolution.
• Monitor and update trouble tickets, document resolutions and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors.
• Assist with workflow coordination, training and mentoring of support staff as needed.
