Job summary

Tech-Keys seeks an experienced Tier 2 IT Engineer to join our team in Howell Township, NJ. You will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot IT issues, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in Tier 2 IT, strong communication, and experience with 365 administration, Azure, and Datto. On-site visits and after-hours on-call support are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tier 2 IT engineer (min 3 years).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Experience with 365 administration, networking, printers, Azure and Datto.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT inquiries and problems.
• Maintain and update knowledge base and technical documents.
• Ensure service delivery quality at all times.
