Job summary

You will handle tier 2 end-user support, hardware repairs, warranty processes, and IT asset tracking, with strong Mac and Windows troubleshooting and ServiceNow experience; weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with both Mac and Windows desktop environments.
