Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts examinee intake and administers computer-based tests, managing access passwords, printing results, generating reports, ensuring student accommodation requests, and troubleshooting technical problems while maintaining security.
• Serves as a point of contact of staff, faculty, and other institutions to ensure that all exam scheduling requests and testing processes are conducted efficiently for their students.
• Partners with Department staff and faculty to help students navigate their testing requirements and processes.
• Maintains detailed testing records and oversees the secure storage of all test materials at the Testing Center.
• Contributes to supervision and training of student Testing Center employees.
• Assists the testing team to maintain and troubleshoot all software on workstations.
• Solves scheduling and student problems to ensure a smooth experience for test takers.
• Answers telephone and greets' visitors to provide accurate general and test-specific information and assistance.
