Santa Fe Community College is seeking a Testing Center Program Specialist to conduct testing programs, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and manage schedules, eligibility, and registration procedures.

This role oversees exam administration, test security, and data handling, collaborating with faculty and external testing agencies to ensure smooth operations. Evening hours may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to obtain approvals to proctor Pearson Vue, College Board, Educational Testing Service, and other vendors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts examinee intake and administers computer-based tests, managing access passwords and printing results.
• Maintains detailed testing files and secure storage of all tests.
• Partners with staff and faculty to assist students with testing requirements and processes.
• Answers inquiries and greets visitors with accurate information and help.
• Serves as a point person for external testing agencies and vendors to ensure compliant testing processes.
• Implements and manages fee-based third-party testing.
• Ensures Testing Center pages are current and updated.
• Manages testing data entry, corrections, and locating student information.
• May supervise assigned student employees.
• Creates and revises testing forms and literature upon manager approval.
• Oversees Testing Center operations in the manager’s absence.
