Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Test and Manufacturing Automation Engineer to upgrade and maintain customized automation equipment for global factories. You will work with R&D and operations to support New Product Introduction and improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include data-driven quality analysis, RCCA troubleshooting, and designing test systems with CAD and databases. This onsite role requires reading blueprints and collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, Automation, Controls, Robotics, or Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years work experience.
Strong LabVIEW, C++, C#, Matlab, or VB experience.
CAD software design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or Pro-Engineer).
Strong electrical, mechanical, and controls background for troubleshooting.
This position is ITAR restricted; U.S. Persons only.
Ability to pass vision and color vision tests.

Responsibilities

Maintain and upgrade automated test and manufacturing equipment.
Analyze data to support quality improvements and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot root cause and RCCA for issues in test equipment and processes.
Design/modify equipment with electrical, mechanical, test software, and SQL databases.
Support production by aligning with production requirements and standard work.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers to resolve issues.
Store test specifications and Gauge R&R results in SVN.
