Job summary

Marin Community Clinics is seeking a temporary Provider Staff Coordinator to maintain provider work schedules, timecards, and related tasks at our Novato clinics. This onsite role supports clinical leadership and requires strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include Epic system scheduling, payroll prep, and ensuring adequate provider coverage. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree or college coursework is preferred. Experience in health care administration is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a similar health-care facility coordination or administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic system scheduling features and templates.
• Track provider schedules for payroll preparation.
• Maintain minimum provider staffing at clinics.
• Publish Saturday clinic schedule and Adult After-Hours rotation.
• Coordinate pediatric hospital rounds schedule monthly.
