Job summary

MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA is seeking a Scheduling Associate I to coordinate hospital staffing across departments and ensure timely shift coverage. You'll maintain daily time card updates in the WFX system, interact with management teams, and support 24/7 scheduling operations to ensure safe patient care.

Prospective candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS preferred) and 1–2 years of scheduling or office experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/AS preferred.
• 1-2 years scheduling or office experience desired.
• IAM license required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and follow English instructions; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital staffing across departments to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Input and update registry/traveler time cards in the WFX system.
• Collaborate with Directors, Managers and Supervisors to balance staffing needs.
• Attend and contribute in shift huddles and scheduling meetings.
• Monitor overtime approvals and adjust schedules accordingly.
