Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business/Accounting coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service or office support experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to internal/external inquiries via Jira, email, phone, or in person.
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of customer financial data.
• Learn and support online banking setup for business RDC and customers.
• Provide remote/phone-based troubleshooting for online banking customers.
• Reconcile general ledger and bank control accounts timely and accurately.
• Collaborate and cross-train within the department as needed.
