Responsibilities

• Assist with daily branch policies, opening/closing, balancing drawers.
• Serve as frontline teller, handle account requests, deposits, withdrawals.
• Cross-sell credit union products while complying with disclosures.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and security procedures.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues with management as needed.
• Promote BSA/OFAC compliance and information security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
