This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and requires strong math, communication, and cash-handling skills. Schedule includes Monday through Saturday shifts to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide professional member service.
• Ability to perform simple math transactions accurately.
• Fluent English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Notary Public status if requested.
• Proficient with computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Dependable and punctual in showing for work as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day branch operations, opening/closing and balancing drawers.
• Frontline teller duties: accounts, wires, deposits, cards, and inquiries.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products while adhering to regulations.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
• Address member questions and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Follow BSA/OFAC compliance and liaise with other departments as needed.
• Maintain a neat, professional work area and comply with policies.
