Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day branch operating policies, procedures, opening and closing, balancing drawers.
• Work as a teller on the frontline, handling account requests, transfers, and service charges.
• Cross-sell credit union products while complying with disclosure requirements.
• Promote BSA compliance and privacy policies.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area and address member issues as they arise.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
