• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Willing and able to work fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a friendly and professional service.
• Investigate software, hardware and account-related issues.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and explain technical information clearly.
• Configure and test devices and equipment.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, equipment records and support tickets.
• Prioritise enquiries, keep customers updated and expedite complex issues when needed.
• Work with colleagues to resolve recurring problems and improve the customer experience.
