Job summary

Vehlo in Troy, Michigan is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Lane eAdvisor team. You will help ensure software quality, provide technical assistance to dealership clients, and gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle in a customer-facing role. Responsibilities include testing beta releases, documenting defects, performing exploratory testing, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

This onsite role runs 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work onsite Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Test and validate beta-level software releases.
• Document bugs and defects found during testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify issues in new releases.
• Provide technical support for Service Lane eAdvisor dealership clients.
• Respond to client requests via phone using remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle.
