Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a Data Center Team Lead / Engineer in Charge (EIC) to oversee five data center facilities in the Northeast. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, manage tickets and SLAs, and guide onsite technicians through complex tasks.

Ideal candidates have experience in fiber/copper cabling, network troubleshooting, and Staff mentoring, with a proven ability to coordinate across multiple sites and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on data center ops experience.
• Strong fiber optic and copper cabling knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and SLA monitoring.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center ops across five locations and provide technical direction.
• Mentor technicians to improve troubleshooting skills.
• Onboard and train technicians and manage staffing.
• Provide backup leadership coverage when needed.
• Maintain compliance with data center policies and timekeeping.
