• Perform imaging and basic setup on new devices for end users.
• Perform PC refreshes with imaging and software installs.
• Manage asset lifecycle and inventory in stockroom.
• Conduct weekly data center checks and verify devices.
• Support remote end users as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and tech teams.
