Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage a team responsible for multiple IT applications, systems analysis, and development. You will prioritize schedules, define standards, and guide the performance reviews and training of direct reports.

You will oversee budgeting, cross-functional project execution, and strategic direction; collaborate with customers and departments to translate business needs into technical solutions, while upholding integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in programming and systems design with at least 2 years supervising associates.
• Demonstrates design, analysis, project management and supervision abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
