Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations, OR Design Engineering roles.
• Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Able to work onsite 5 days/week in Long Beach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
• Develop targeted recruiting strategies for high-priority roles across manufacturing, operations, supply chain and engineering teams.
