• Build and manage talent pools to keep pace with headcount growth in manufacturing and supply chain.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand evolving needs and adjust sourcing strategy.
• Support hiring for manufacturing engineers, reliability engineers, and materials management roles alongside technician load.
• Work within a recruiting pod, collaborating with senior recruiters to balance and move a heavy pipeline.
