Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to support hardware engineering. You will build partnerships with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and guide candidates through the full hiring process from outreach to offer.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of technical recruiting in hardware/manufacturing, ability to close offers creatively, and a focus on process improvement to strengthen our recruiting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and filling roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Experience negotiating offers and closing top talent.
• Experience improving recruiting processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for hardware engineering.
• Source, engage, and assess exceptional candidates through the full hiring process.
• Partner with senior leaders to define talent strategies and identify top candidates.
• Advise hiring teams to build equitable interview processes and improve funnel efficiency.
