Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for highly technical roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify exceptional talent and engage candidates professionally.

You will proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche forums, maintaining strong pipelines and using AI-powered tools to speed hiring while preserving a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year recruiting experience, or associate degree with 2+ years, or 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to identify top talent and distinguish between top percentiles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche forums.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to speed processes while maintaining personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess fit.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share data with teams.
• Represent the company’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
