Job summary

RealManage, LLC is seeking a Technology Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and systems onsite for residential communities. You will manage user support, security, data protection, and cross-department collaboration to ensure reliable technology services for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes simplifying systems, coordinating with RealManage IT, and delivering measurable improvements in operations and resident experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands-on desktop or end-user technology support experience.
• Experience supporting multi-department environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, AD, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain onsite computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Provide first- and second-level tech support across associations and departments.
• Coordinate with RealManage IT and external vendors for incidents and projects.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and workstation configuration.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and backups are in place.
