Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners seeks an IT Manager, Network & Systems, to lead infrastructure, cloud identity, endpoint management, and telephony for staff and residents. This hands-on senior role reports to the Director of IT and drives service reliability, security, and lifecycle planning across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-site networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Network & Systems team and supervise staff.
• Oversee service delivery, incident response, and project execution.
• Manage hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure security and governance.
