Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC, CircusTrix dba Sky Zone, is seeking a Team Lead for our Algonquin park. This full-time onsite role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed.

You will drive guest experiences, lead shifts, ensure safety and cleanliness, coach team members, and help maximize memberships and park performance. Compensation ranges $18.00-$19.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren't on-site.
• Lead in Sales & Service, Parties & Events, or F&B/Facilities as needed.
• Drive guest satisfaction and park operations while ensuring safety.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift flow.
